At Europe’s largest merchant services provider, I redesigned the app, improving usability and driving a 50% increase in monthly active users. I also led the digitisation of paper billing, streamlining the merchant experience while saving Dojo £1M annually.

At europe's largest merchant services provider, I designed the second version of their iOS, Android apps.


The apps saw a 50% increase in MAU and we digitised the paper billing which saved Paymentsense £1 million per year.
